Shipping & Delivery Policy

It is the commitment of The Urban Dhaaga to deliver your order with good quality packaging within the specified time period. We ship through reputed courier agencies, so that you recieve your package in good condition. If there is no commercial courier service available in your area, then we will ship your items via Goverment Agencies such as Speedpost and India post.

DOMESTIC- 

  1. We charge a flat rate of INR 150 for shipping within India, irrespective of the number of items bought.
  2. Shipping is free on purchases above INR 3000.
  3. Orders are delivered within 10 working days. Unless otherwise specified in the product details. 
  4. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of any modifications in shipping details, please mail us at theurbandhaaga@gmail.com within 4 hours of placing the order.

INTERNATIONAL–

  1. We ship internationally to select countries.
  2. The courier and custom charges will be borne by the customer. Kindly mail us at theurbandhaaga@gmail.com for the quotation.
  3. Duration taken for the delivery will depend on the destination country.
  4. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of any modifications in shipping details, please mail us at theurbandhaaga@gmail.com within 4 hours of placing the order.
